About Us

Brian Moran became involved in cycling at the age of 14 after spending hours looking at cycling magazines and being inspired by the riders and the events that they rode in.  As an adult, he competed in cycle races and opened a cycle shop which provided a neutral mechanical support vehicle for all major cycling events. After retiring from competition, he wanted to inspire more youngsters into the sport and became a technical adviser for the National Schoolboy and Junior Championships. In 1991 and 1992 Brian organised two charity cycle rides from London to Moscow which included civic receptions with the Mayors of all the towns and cities on the route. These produced funds and media coverage for UNICEF and Intermediate Technology. In 2004 and 2006 he was responsible for the route and logistics of another charity bike ride from London to Jerusalem. Brian has been involved in cycling for the last 4 decades and his enthusiasm for organising cycling events has not dwindled. He remains excited to be able to offer his experience and skills to anyone wishing to organise a cycle related event.
